New Jersey appearance

I’m looking forward to exploring Voorhees State Park in New Jersey in a few weeks.  I’ll be giving a public talk on black holes and gravitational waves there on July 23 at 8:30 pm.  Hosted by the New Jersey Astronomical Association, there will be stargazing at the observatory afterwards too (weather permitting, as always).  Come out and see if you are in the area!

Update: my talk was recorded and you can watch it here!

  1. Dr. Bellovary,

I want to express my appreciation for the presentation you gave at NJAA this past Saturday night. Your engagement with the audience, particularly the children, was just terrific. And important.

    Thank you.

  2. My children and I had an amazing time listening to your lecture! We re-watched it on YouTube from home, too. We look forward to more events from you in the future.
